Tried to make the background as less confusing and simple as possible, for you to see the details in her costume.

In this contest you will have to draw ceci with your own art skills. Sorry i wont be doing a lineart contest, nor a pixel icon one.
But this one has pretty good prizes

But this time around is a bit different. Please read the following.

Easy contest rules to follow.:
THE DEVIATION ABOVE IS THE MAIN REFERENCE TO FOLLOW. Draw her EXACTLY like the reference is, that is why i have updated the piece
Draw ceci by herself.~ or with Mr. Lolli. [link] (Please do not include your OC.)
You do NOT have to draw her in full body. it can be from the torso and up.
You HAVE to draw her with wings XD (sorry i didnt add them here, but the details are in the link.)
Follow the color reference~
You may submit Max of two pieces to this contest.
You may draw any pose you want
You HAVE to include a Background.(BG).
You can use any medium you want, meaning : watercolor, Digital, traditional, pixel etc as long as it meets the requirements.
