Steps Tutorial::... by tagl Steps Tutorial::... by tagl
These are the steps on how i colored this drawing

n_n is half traditional and half photoshop.
i dont really know if you can call this a tutorial XD, to me is just a lot of steps i had in a folder.... dont know if they would help you

Original pic here: [link]

OC :iconmroczniak:

i placed numbers under each drawing so that you know which way it goes
i will post a better traditional one later, when i have the time
o. o;;;;;;;
i hope it satisfies all the people that have asked me for a tutorial XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

1: lineart, time to ink about 10 to 15 minutes.
2: i colored the hair first with the prismacolors i own, which is what i usually like doing before im about to use photoshop to color a drawing, then scan the drawing.
But as you can tell, my scanner sucks XD so we need to re-touch it a tad with PS.
3: start coloring the outfit. I dont know you but i usually color the character first and then the background. some people do it the other way around which i think is kick ass, but i dont have that skill so... XD yeahp/
4: start coloring the surrounding objects, in this drawing it would be the rainbow string that goes around her
5: start with the whites, eye dots, hair strings, etc.
6 7 + 8: is just me adding more and more into the drawing, like you guys can tell, i like getting real messy with my drawings, lol. Hope you enjoy
9: always remember to place some type of signature in your artwork ;p that way when others save it in their computers they'll know who's it is by looking at it.(at least that helps me lots with other's arts_)
quite simple steps.

Hair and Eyes: prismacolors.
White out.~

and thank you for all the comments and FAvs :3
